Waldo Cooneys Pizza

"I ordered 2 Chicago style pizzas with pepperoni. This is the worst pizza that I have ever tasted. There was not enough sauce and the pepperoni tasted and looked uncooked. The cheese in between the doe would not melt no matter how long we reheated it. We tried to eat it but ended up just picking apart the pizza and tossing away the doe and cheese. We just gave the entire second pizza to a few stray animals behind our house. My pictures were taken while the pizza was cold but you can see that there is no sauce and the pepperoni looks uncooked. You might think the 3rd picture is a picture of a pepperoni but no. Unfortunately, that is a piece of the top of the pizza and the red that you see is the sauce. That should give an idea of the amount of sauce on their pizza. All in all their Chicago style pizza just isn’t for me."

"I’ve tried a lot of pizza in the city and suburbs and I have to say this is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever tasted. First, I love the fact that they cook and slice the pizza to your specifications. Second, it was fresh and delivered hot as were the French fries. Third the salad was crispy, fresh and delicious. The gentleman that delivered the order was also quite pleasant. Try them you won’t be disappointed"

"Always good pizza my only reason for 4 stars is that they don't deliver to all areas. They deliver to my child's school but I live 3 blocks over and they don't come that far. That's crazy to me so we don't order here to often because of the limited delivery options"

"I ordered pizza but when I made it home to my surprise the pizzas were highly overcooked (burnt). I immediately contacted the establishment explaining my shock to the experience and the manager told me, “it probably happened because they are so busy”. I asked him did he feel that was a justifiable response? He said, no and asked what did I want him to do at this point. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced both the poor quality of food and the cold customer service from this restaurant. No apologies or ownership of this experience due to “them being busy”. Thank you for the lesson."

"My experiences are usually pleasant.. the pizza is good but delivery sucks! I placed an order for delivery at 7:30.. pizza arrived a little after 10 pm! Pizza was cold & we didn’t enjoy it! I had to call back 3 times & each time, I was told the driver would be arriving shortly. If y’all get THAT busy on the weekends.. how about hire MORE drivers!"
