"We were seated after a shorter than expected wait. The food was good, but a few things were forgotten and we had to ask to get them. Seemed like the wait staff were short handed and doing their best."

"Put our name on the list online… wait time listed was 15 minutes. Upon arrival was told it was a 40 minute wait. Questioned the hostess was told that the times online were inaccurate and they did not have control over it and it was a corporate problem. After waiting for 1 hour asked to see the manager was told there was nothing that could be done although there were a ton of empty tables. Was basically told that we had to deal with it and it wasn’t their problem was never offered an apology. After approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes was seated. The waitress was super nice and was the only one that offered an apology. Waited 30 minutes for our food and the food was disgusting. The bacon had a really bad taste to it like it was expired, the eggs were not cooked proper, and received less proportion than the rest of my party. Felt as if I was being punished for saying something. I was contacted by the general manager about the visit. He was very apologetic and offered for us to come back for dinner on him. Unfortunately we live in Virginia and aren’t able to take him up on that offer. I told him that my main concern was that this did not happen to other people and the staff received more training and learned how to speak to their customers and know that an apology goes a long way with most people."

"It would been nice if the hostess would have told us that they are going to be closing soon. We would have left and went somewhere else. When you have small children they talk, pittle around, and be kids. So a meal for us takes longer for us to eat. My family and I came in around 8:15 PM or so. We did not realize that this restaurant was going to close at 9. We thought that it closed at 10. But apparently that is only the weekend. Our fault we get it. The food came out decent but my wife and I was not very happy when we only received 4 biscuits (only 3 are in the picture) and the biscuits that were given to us seemed like they were the castoffs biscuits. When we asked the waitress about the biscuits she told us that is that all that they had. My kids got hot chocolate it was going to take 10-15 minutes to make. Why couldn’t we have fresh decent looking biscuits ? In that timeframe . We would have bought the rest of biscuits that were made. If we would’ve been communicated with about them. Due to the waitress response to the biscuits we felt that we would have gotten the same treatment from the manager. So we just left it alone."
