"Decided to try this place and support local instead of buying steaks in Mobile like we had been doing. Prices per pound were a little higher and I wished we could get full 1-lb. cuts instead of the 3/4-lb cuts they had. Despite being a butcher shop, they didn't offer to cut me any 1-lb steaks so I didn't ask. However, the rib eyes were tender and flavorful, and I'm looking forward to trying their Filet Mignon next."
