"My wife and I were ignored while others were served. The only reason I can think of is because I was wearing a hat indicating that I am a veteran. The young staff working on Sunday was busy doing everything but trying to serve us. We left and went to the Waffle House near the Pilot and were served promptly. This store used to be really good. We won't go back."

"I used to love eating here but now when you go all you see is the manager treating her staff horribly. If the manager cooks the food it’s not edible. She’s super unprofessional and I have never seen such a toxic environment at a dine in restaurant. My heart goes out to the staff who have to be in that environment and constantly be put down and belittled by their own manager. Just remember you guys are the reason we all come in and enjoy our meal. Sadly me and my family will not be returning anymore."

"I like this location. It is big truck accessible. They're pretty quick getting your order done. I've had great help from Hannah, Wynn and Rara. Nice, smiling faces greet you when you walk through the door. It's never too crowded when I stop by. I try to stop whenever I'm in the area. Stop by, and let them brighten your day."

"I normally don't eat at Waffle House, but we were out late with some friends, and it was convenient. For starters, it's clear that Waffle House has been very proactive in cultivating an appealing new image: The employees are better trained, the decor is nicer, and the food is of a higher quality. That said, the men's room was spotless, something I wouldn't have believed unless I had seen it with my own eyes. Similarly, Shane was our server and did an outstanding job. Honestly, I've eaten at fine-dining restaurants that didn't match up to Shane's attentiveness. Granted, Waffle House's "comfort food" is not something I eat often, but it's sure nice to know how far they've come the next time we're in the mood."
