"I called Serra Hyundai when I was broke down on the shoulder of I-20. I had my 2016 Sonata towed to Serra's service dept. and they were so helpful. They told me that they would need to completely replace the engine, it took less than a week for them to get the engine, and only ONE DAY to put it in! They also arranged for a rental car for us, so we didn't need to be carless through all of this. The best part is, the engine itself was covered by Hyundai and they did all of this (labor and rental) for FREE! Shout-out to Brian in service who was excellent and my main point of contact through all of this. He called me almost daily to keep me updated. I live in the Atlanta area, and we are not used to this level of service at the dealerships near us, but Serra Hyundai was absolutely amazing! I would 100% recommend anyone to get their service done here."

"Misleading Advertising and Bad Sales Experience! Serra clearly lists a new '23 Santa Fe on their website for $24K (2 different white SE models available at this price). I called to inquire and asked them to give me their best total price. I figured $24K purchase price + $1K for generous dealer doc/prep fee + $2K for taxes & license = around $27K total. They came back with a price of $37K?!?!? When I questioned the extra $10K, the salesperson "talked to his manager" and magically came back with a price of $30K. Much better, but still $3K high with no explanation. At this point, Serra had completely lost my trust... I felt like they were playing games and trying to take advantage of me. I am very proficient with numbers, so this doesn't fly with me. I originally reached out to Serra with high expectations based on all of their positive reviews and was left extremely disappointed. Before you deal with Serra, please comparison shop, know your numbers, and make sure you don't let these guys don't rip you off!!!! I bought another new '23 Hyundai Santa Fe last year from a different dealership and had an awesome experience from start-to-finish with that purchase. That dealer offered attractive, transparent pricing from the beginning. We like that '23 Santa Fe so much that I wanted to buy another new one for our family, but unfortunately, the original dealership didn't have the model/color combination I wanted."

"First of all, Howard and Cody were absolutely amazing! I enjoyed conversing and test driving my new (used) vehicle with them. I’m glad I took the 1hr 30m drive to obtain the vehicle I wanted for quite awhile, and they made the entire experience enjoyable. I would recommend these two hands down any day and everyday! ❤️ Now, however, I will admit I’m disappointed with financing. The online price was not honored for the vehicle I purchased, which I know isn’t uncommon with dealerships these days (they got to entice customers to come in somehow).
