Luxury Nails

"AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL I have been two luxury twice now and both experiences were absolutely not worth the price. First time I waited well over an hour and a half for an appointment that had been booked weeks in advance, then all the gel polish on my acrylics peels off with the next 48 hours. This most recent time was the worst. Lady who did my nails cut me on 4 out of 5 fingers, when I brought this to her attention and asked her to be a little more gentle I was told “shhh” which is absolutely unacceptable. Within the next 48 hours I’ve gotten infection in said cuts because they do not change out nail files between clients. 3 naiks have snapped in half, this is without smashing, hitting ect… simply living normally. Before typing this message I gave luxary nails a call, asking them to refund me because this isn’t right. I was told “we do not believe in refunds”. Just to put things in prospective I was charged 160 (without tip) for a set of acrylics. Not exactly sure what to do from here so hopefully this will be a warning to others"

"Tech did an amazing job on my nails but I question the cleanliness of the place. At no time did I see her open sterilized packs of nail tools and the buffing block she used had clearly been used many many times. At one point she dumped my nail clippings onto the floor. But damn, my nails look good!"

"I do not recommend this nail salon. The services were mediocre. The colors did not match the sample pallette. I chose an eggplant color and ended up with a much lighter purple. When I said something to the nail tech, she said it would get darker with the second coat. It did not. I said something again and with another tech, but no offer was made to change the color. My nails started chipping on day three with no housework, dishes, etc. One pedicure chair had no remote for massage. They did not clean stations between customers (used throw away liners for foot bath). The nail chair had peeling upholstery. There were not enough workers for customers. There were three of us together...one was offered a beverage but not the other two. Definitely find some other salon. Update: day 7 pics added and I did computer work and little to no housework this week"

"excellent! was my first time ever getting my nails done, & it went great! i didn’t feel treated any differently being a guy here, which felt nice. the design turned out perfect, and the quality is great as well. highly recommend :’))"
