"Let me just start off with groomer tech Beth needs to be fired from the Spanish Fort store. The photo will show what Beth did to my dog. To get a response from the store manager I had to contact Petsmart corporate. My advise is to not use Petsmart for your grooming ."

"Just your friendly neighborhood pet store. We went to get some cichlids, and snails for our fresh water 65 gallon tank. Mikaela, i hope I spelled her name correctly, but they were very short staffed and she was amazing! Extremely helpful!! I am so grateful for her help. I recommend this store."
