"Technician was rude another didn’t know how to shape nails. Prices high for the quality. Nails are uneven and misshapen. Took 2 hours SNS. I highly recommend picking anywhere else to get your nails done."

"Service is good/okay , hot rocks will burn your skin. They missed a toe while painting lol I never went back for them to paint it , I'm pregnant and overwhelmed with life.. if you get it you get it. It was too much for me to get up there again. Could be a little better like complimentary drinks offered - you have to ask. ( that's if you see them in the back ) Turns out they didn't miss a toe, the gel slipped off which I have never seen happen EVER out of 10 years of getting gel. They fixed it , and next week it did it again. Will not be going back, I really thought my experience was good I even chose to look past my feet not being all the way treated because it's so close to my house but no I just can't."

"Was rude about the shape and length I wanted and the color I wanted. First when applying the acrylics she was messing up and popping them on and off my nail. When she wasusing the nail file she was filling my skin more than my nails. Cut my skin. When using the electric nail filler she kept running off my nail and onto my skin. Had to correct her about the spots she had missed while applying the nail polish. Will never go back no matter how close it is to me at the moment."

"I’ve been going to Uptown for over a year now. I’ve had 3-4 technicians do my nails and have never left dissatisfied! They take their time and make sure that the quality of work you get is the best, especially Julie, who I make appointments with now. Previous posts complain about a wait, but I’ve found that any GOOD nail salon usually will have a wait because people come there more often than others. I’ve never had to wait a long time. I trust that every time I go in I will leave loving my nails and experience and i refuse to let anyone else touch my nails!!"
