"Do you have any washer fluid?" He said.. I doubt it.. and left it at that.. what the hell kind of service is this? If you don't have any just say "I'm sorry sir, I think we are out but I can double check for you".. employees here are rude"
"Great service. Even during the rain, Pete was courteous and installed my new battery in the rain. I asked if he was the manager and he said he was the assistant. He should have his own store as he went above and beyond providing service (which is rare these days)."
