"Went to get my nails soaked off at the 280 location and they charged me for a service they didn’t explain would be extra. I’ve been getting my nails soaked off for years and never have I paid extra for trim. Also I called to make sure the price of the service beforehand.I’ve been getting my nails done for years so I don’t mind paying for services that’s clear."

"This place is clean and modern and has such a friendly staff and great prices!!! The location is convenient as well making it the perfect nail salon for me! Update: removed one star as last 2 appointments I’ve had problems. Once with a new guy I’d never seen there before that refused to give me my discount and honor my valid coupon/rewards card. Had to speak with the owner to get it honored. She was very polite and apologized for the rude man. Then the last time I was there for a girls day and the lady doing my pedicure was fast as though she wanted to get me in and out and she was not talkative or friendly at all. Then she refused to let me stay seated by friend and forced me to move on to manicure while my friend was still finishing up her pedicure. Then once in manicure area they didn’t allow us in stations next to each other so it kind of ruined our girls day and the whole point of an outing together. Again the manager was apologetic and kind and I love the cleanliness and atmosphere and convenience of this location and will give them another visit but any more problems and I’ll go elsewhere. 3 strikes and you’re out."

"I got my nails done on Tuesday. I got a full set and toenail polish change. First off I was shocked it was $135. By Friday one of my nails broke. I came in to get it fixed and the girl is being so rude. I asked her if the powder nails break that easily and she would not even answer me. When you pay that kind of money they should stand behind their work and not get pissef off when they have to fix something! I will never go back."

"I have been to the Nail Bar 280 2 times now and just booked my 3rd. They are extremely friendly. The place is huge and so clean. They did a fantastic job on my nails and toes. I had a gel manicure the first time and it lasted 4 weeks. (I didn't take the time to go back to have them redone until months later) I had the dip Powder this last time and it still looks fantastic and I am on week 3. I would highly recommend."
