"First of all I have been dealing with this company for years they have been very professional and helpful but since there has been new management no product has been up to date the same hair products been in this store since I have been coming now for 2 years I was wondering if they were running a daycare I seen a crib in the office and when I came in it was very cold but the young ladies still helped me the best they could"

"I just left this establishment and the store is absolutely freezing. The employees have on gloves, scarves, and heavy duty socks. They should not be able to work in those conditions. They still were friendly and did their job to help me but the owner needs to get them some heat so his customers can be comfortable shopping around the store."

"Employees are always sitting outside in lawn chairs or going to the stadium chair. Most times you can find what you're looking for but if you see something on display like the picture I've attached don't get your hopes up because 10/10 they don't carry the item or items to create such a look"

"I went to Golden beauty supply on yesterday to make a purchase. To make the long story short,the manger on duty was very rude and very unprofessional. I was told one price for the product I purchased and the next day it was a different price. The way she handled the situation was uncalled for. The manager had very poor customer service skills. Never again will I be going back. I am telling everyone one I know to do not waste your time or give your money to that establishment!!!!"
