"Highly Highly recommend NX Nails. The staff is so friendly, always respectful and welcoming. The ambience is amazing. They always choose the color for me. I am so picky about my color. They are so kind to undertand my likes/ dislikes. They are patient with me and sometimes wait on me even after closing time. All the staff Danny, Emma, Jessica, Erica, Susan (Emma), Carla, Shameera, Dan, Shauna are just amazing. All of them are always smiling, having fun. Even if they have a bad day they do not show on their face. When I visit this place its not only about nails, Its about the experience and they make it so nice. "Went in just to get my gel nails removed. Overall friendly environment and staff but the technician I had seemed to be in a rush to get to the next customer (the location was NOT busy at all that afternoon, maybe only 3 other people there at the time) and did not allow my nails to soak long enough. She proceeded to scrape the nail polish off aggressively, still not being able to get it off and then only using the electric file which has left my nails very brittle and fragile even weeks later which I have never dealt with. Not to mention she did not even get it all off and left nail polish on most corners of the tips. I also asked for them to be cut and she only filed them down. Disappointing for a simple task."

"This is the BEST nail spa I've ever been too. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I have been to nail spas where they get mad at you for not having an appointment, but not here. They are really good about taking walk-ins and as long as you go early, they usually get you in without even having to wait. The ambiance is nice and chill with relaxing music playing. They have a great selection of gel options, and my manicure lasts 3 weeks (I'm a mom with 2 little ones). My favorite part about this spa is the staff. Jessica gave me a recommendation for a cream to heal my itchy rash on my knuckles, and it worked! They are very easy to talk to and get along with! Sometimes I have a habit of bringing what's going on in my life along with me, and they are always all ears to my problems. 10/10 recommend this place. You will not regret it."

"10/10 would recommend. My experience was so relaxing -- the staff is super friendly, the salon is well equipped and clean, and my nails look great with minimal damage! I was offered a drink and a seat at the manicure table right away, then I was able to look at an ipad with photos of their work and colors available, which was SO HELPFUL for someone as indecisive as me. I felt taken care of, and in good hands. I'll definitely go back. The car pictures are right after, and the daylight picture is 2 days post manicure -- my hands and nails were super moisturized at the salon."
