"I went in hesitant about getting the bright hair. The most amazing employee named Tuesday talked to me. She took the time to talk to me about the different brands and colors and then when I decided on a color, she helped me find everything that I needed. I went back today and bought more of the color (going to do my whole head) and picked up Christmas gifts for my family members. Tuesday deserves a raise!"

"Josh helped me out quite a bit when I went in looking to dye my hair. I was dealing with my anxiety and wasn’t sure how to go about dying my hair. He answered all my questions and helped me pick out some products. My natural hair cut s dark brown but I wanted blue in my hair. The first products didn’t work like expected, so I went back the next day and we found some different products. That done the trick until it faded a week later (I used the wrong shampoo). So in again I went, and we found some that actually worked and stayed. So I decided to go back in for a 4th time. Josh and another coworker helped me pick out some wonderful shampoo and conditioner to help my color last. I absolutely have a positive experience every time I go in to Sally’s. I will be going back in to get more advice and ideas for my hair!!!"

I've visited this location twice in the past 2 weeks. Every time I've came in the employees were always very helpful and sweet! The store was so clean and organized. "I went into Sally’s Beauty in Athens AL this weekend, it was a great experience! The manager Sharon was so sweet, helped answer all my questions, helped me picked my products, made sure I got the best deals by pointing out their sales. I had to go back a second day to make a return, because I changed my mind on the color I was going to do on my hair. Sharon and another very sweet and helpful lady were there that day! My products were unopened. They refunded the couple things I needed refunded with no problems!! They were so sweet about it and complemented my hair!!
