"Salon 4:14 is super clean and modern! The girls aren't mean and "catty". It's peaceful and the staff are often seen helping each other! I love the team work! Monica is absolutely incredible! I have NEVER had a better experience than what Monica has given me. She nailed the color and cut the 1st time using a picture I showed her. She educated me throughout the process. She was honest about pricing and the upkeep I would need to do in order to keep the color and style, which I very much appreciated! The hair wash bowls are actually comfortable. The owner is a precious soul! All of the stylists are gifted, so I can tell she invests a lot of time, thought, and education on her staff. I would recommend Salon 4:14 to anyone that is looking for a place you can relax while getting beautified! I can't possibly say enough positive about Monica, except to maybe add that her hands are anointed and she actually listens and truly puts her all into giving the client her very best! Not everyone can cut women's hair short, but Monica is top notch! And the color, she is second to NONE!"

"I came here to leave a review- which I never do because I always forget to do it! However, I came across the last review by Hannah R. and I felt awful reading that. Clearly this women was having a bad day and took it out on whoever her poor nail tech was. If you click on her picture and really look at it, it looks as though she broke her nail, likely from accidentally banging it too hard, and then snapped the rest off. The nail polish that was "falling off" clearly was peeled off as you can see it compromised her nail. If you're honest that something happened immediately after getting your nails done, in my experience, the nail tech will usually help fix it at no cost or very low cost. Accidents happen!! I don't think it was fair at all to leave such an ugly review when a free service was offered as well to help correct which I think was not this Salons fault. It doesn't help my opinion either that this lady seems to leave ugly reviews more often than not. This Salon has been doing my nails and my friends nails for years and I have never had a bad experience. I have even tried the new nail tech with her promotion sale and they were lovely. I am able to schedule appointments regularly and fit in when I need a touch up short notice. I would recommend this place over and over again."
