"The worst experience I’ve ever had at any kind of MedSpa. I was scheduled wrong, which wasn’t a huge deal people make mistakes. Then the, I’m assuming esthetician called my name. Did not introduce herself and was not friendly at all. She clearly rolled out of bed and didn’t brush her teeth or eat. I had to smell stomach acid and rank morning breath the entire session. I was supposed to get micro needling and prp injections for the dr was out so all I received was the micro needling. I’ve been getting SkinPen treatments for years at this point so I think I know what it should entail. My face isn’t even red. I paid 200 dollars for something I could have done with a needle roller at home. Super disappointed! Lastly, there was no intake. No one asked me what skin care products I use or anything. This office needs an administrator and the staff needs training."
