The entire staff is extremely friendly and respectful and it just made the whole process more manageable and stress free. From now on this will always be my go to place. "On June 15, my mother turned in her car. Since then, she has been getting the run around. She has yet to even see her car. Has been informed that pick-up timings have changed maybe nine or 10 times in total. This is going on her 3rd month without her car. This collision center is absurd, and I strongly advise against using it. The most worst experience we've ever had."

"I can’t say enough good things about caliber collision. From the friendly front desk, Natalie, was amazing in person and over the phone getting us scheduled. We had the accident at an unfortunate time right before we were suppose to go on vacation. They got our vehicle done a week before the due date so that we would have it for our vacation. The work met expectations and the communications along the way were much appreciated. I’d say I’ll be back…I hope not but I know who i will be recommending and who will, If needed, will have my business in the future!"

"My car has been at the shop for a month and a half now. Original completion date set for June 5! Every week an excuse and keeps getting pushed off. Got told Wednesday (July 12) my car was complete and just waiting for calibration... got told today (July 14) that my car is complete and just waiting for calibration! Highly recommend not using this business! On top of all this I have not received a call back once! I've had to call them for updates. Really regret taking my car to them and will definitely not use in the future, I just hope I can spare someone else from the nightmare I've been going through."
