"They seem to take longer during one to two o'clock but other than that I don't have problems. The shack machine was down."

"Recently when you pull up to the window in the afternoon or night they don't acknowledge you for several minutes and then they ask you to hold for several minutes before taking your order. Even when no one is in drive-thru ahead of you. Many people drive off in frustration."

"I stop each morning for my ice coffee and sausage biscuit. The staff is always friendly and they service is fast. Never had any issues!"

"I don't know why people give such harsh ratings. They forgot the bacon on my quarters pounder but they hooked me up when I brought it back in. Was very busy but helped me very quickly. They're in a very busy part of the town so I don't get upset if I have to wait a few minutes for them to cook my food fresh. Just because they aren't busy when you get there doesn't mean they haven't been running like crazy for hours before then and are trying to catch up on restocking while also cooking your food. We're all just trying to make it through the day, have a little patience. My only real complaint with this place has nothing to do with the workers. The location of the building makes it kind of dangerous to make a left turn. The Pizza Hut blocks the view and by the time you see a car come around you better hope you're out of the road. Maybe they could make a back exit that leads to the north side of the 231-75 intersection. It would help the drive through getting backed up because people wouldn't have to wait so long for traffic to clear before pulling out."

"I asked for 2 mcgriddles and got only the pancake part. It a sandwich how do you just give me the bread part? The coffee I ordered tasted like a different recipe from any other McDonald's. The woman taking my order didn't listen to a single thing I was saying. There was also not enough sets. It was clean tho."
