"Me and my husband walked into your business yesterday. We noticed you where talking on the phone. Fine we gave you a few minutes to see if you were going to acknowledge us and you did NOT, you kept on with your conversation. I understand you have a business to run but the least you could have done was say I will be with y’all in a few minutes when I’m done with this important conversation. So obviously our business or money was NOT good enough. That is fine I will not shop at the one in Florence, Alabama again. There are other places I don’t mind the travel if I have to for our girls. Thank you!!"

"The sales associate was delightful and engaging. My grand daughter enjoyed her shopping experience both times. That was in a huge part to the sales associate... she made it an adventure to shop there."

"The clerk was very nice, and the store was mostly clean (still too cluttered to get a wheelchair to the back, though). I was shocked at the cost of their jewelry, though. It was over $40 to get ears pierced with the cheapest pair available. And a niece, who cannot wear stainless steel, had to get earrings that cost around $100. This is ridiculous, especially for a chain that sells the "cheap" stuff."

"Came to the Mall, specifically for this store. Online hours list 10 a.m. as opening time for today( Thursday.) Posted hours at the store list 10 a.m. as opening time, HOWEVER, as I make this post, they're still not opened. Someone is finally in there, but no attempt has been made to open. I've left and will not be back. Consumers will understand later than normal opening times, but we do expect stores to open at their posted times. I'd recommend calling this store before you waste time coming out, especially if you're coming for them."
