"Use to be a favorite location of mine but I won't be back. When I spend my hard earned money I expect good customer service. The worker was so dismissive of me when I was trying to explain my problem. Once he assumed he was done he walked away."

"On September 13, 2023 I bought four new tires. They have signage stating they're not responsible for wheels and I found out the hard way why. After cleaning my wheels I noticed that ALL of them had scratches and/or gouges. My wheels had NO scratches or damage at all prior to going to this place. I just had to show them the damage because it was excessive. I went back on September 14th. I explained the situation to one guy who got a bottle and sprayed the wheels with something then wiped them off which of course did nothing. He then went to get another guy who asked what I wanted. I explained the situation to him and he said his worker told him that my wheels were already scratched. And I must have hit a pothole or curb. WHAT??? On all four wheels and freshly done. He said the machine couldn't have done it. And since his worker didn't do it I must have and walked off. Needless to say I've been taught a valuable and expensive lesson."

"They're mad because I just bought the tire from them in April and it went flat on Saturday took it back got a plug put in it and again Sunday it went flat. So this morning I was flat I had to get it aired up and go back to them they said to get another plug or a patch I was really upset because I just got a plug Saturday and today is Monday I told him to just put a patch the patch didn't hold so they said you got to get a new tire of course I was very upset about that but they said since you just bought the tire in April will go ahead and give you a new one so I appreciate them I was not going to do business with them anymore but after today I will continue to do business with them. The only problem I have is I wish that someone could understand English better."
