"If you plan on buying anything here save yourself the trouble and just go inside the store. Do NOT, I repeat do NOT order online. The first time I ordered online the merch wasnt even in store. I got an email saying my order was ready and all i got was a wasted trip and gas. The second time it took 3 days to fulfill the order when all the items were supposedly in store. Spent over 20 min in the store today trying to get a refund and NOTHING. I still have to go back. If the store was busy i would somewhat understand, but seeing as tho people barely shop in there i just dont see why simple transactions are so difficult."
