"Took my boots there to have the heels tightened. The lady looked at it for less than 10 seconds and said it couldn't be fixed by anyone without a zipper being added to the boot. I asked her if that was something they did, she said no. I asked if she knew anyone who did, she said no one could because they had the only machine that could sew boots. So why can't yall fix it?!?! I left after wasting 5 minutes I couldn't get back. I googled for another shoe repair place and found Village East not too far away. He looked at them, pulled the boot leg all the way down, and saw it was a screw that was loose. He said he could fix it but give him a few days. My recommendation is dont waste your time on Happy Feet, just go straight to Village East."
