"I asked her for a long stacked dramatic bob. I told her before cutting it that if she did not know how to do what was in the photo than do not attempt the cut. She than reassured me that she did know and proceeded to cut my hair. During the cut she kept saying over and over how she did not know how to attempt the cut like she thought she did. I already have extremely thin hair due to having Lupus and what dose she go and do? She thins it out like 50× more than what it was originally!! It took her over 1 hour & ½ to try and do my hair. Which is a very easy cut. Ended up charging me and my mother over $60.- for two cuts!! I will never use her again nor will I recommend her!"
