"This is my first time at this location, since I moved for work. I am not new to the Sport Clips experience. I already knew my hair was going to get messed up seeing my stylist had green tinted skin. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. She saw my usual haircut on my profile. Easy as can be. It's essentially a buzz cut. I even told her not to worry about my hair line or tapering, because I like it natural. She was not gentle at all and seemed like she was in a rush. I told her I had thick hair, but she was forcing her clippers through my hair and essentially ripping my hair out. I'm prior military, so I'm used to this. Then, she starts speeding through my hairline, so I didn't even have time to stop her. She gave me a taper that I specifically told her not to do. My hair line in the front has been butchered. She cut the right side but didn't touch the left. She attempted(?) to cut my widows peak. I dont know what she tried to do with my sideburns, but she butchered that, too. She didn't do a great job with the fade, and you can see the edges werent rounded in my pictures. Without warning, she just jumps right into my moustache and beard. I didn't ask for any of that. I'll add some photos of her handiwork, and you can see how bad it is. You can see some inflammation from her tearing through my hair. I opted in for the hair wash, and that was unpleasant. My neck was being jerked around, and the water was cold. $23 for that? I paid $10 for better on a military base, and they're notorious for being bad. Update: I went back in, and the assistant manager fixed my hair up as best she could. It isn't what I wanted, but it doesn't look as bad. Better by a far cry. Increased rating to 3 stars. They offered the MVP package free of charge for my next visit. I will update my review after that visit. UPDATE: The situation was professionally handled. I was adequately reimbursed, and my latest haircut was satisfactory. Despite being new, Ana did a great job listening to what I wanted and executed perfectly. Overall: Even with my poor first impression, this location and it's staff are great. I would highly recommend."

"Staff is amazing. Booking system is beyond stupid. Was there 20 minutes before open, I was instructed to do this to bypass the system, got cut in front of via online booking before it was supposed to even be available. Not gonna support a soulless corporation that doesn't care about people. Go support your local barber for cheaper and (probably) a better cut. I didn't end up getting one. Lost a customer that just moved here and gets haircuts every 3 weeks like clockwork lol. Just. Ridiculous. 33 minutes is not a short wait when I've been waiting at the door since 1041am. Your booking system is destroying your business."

"I see a lot of negativity in the reviews here, but I can only speak for my own experiences. I've been using Jessica here for about a year or so. She has been great overall. I like the app and the ability to reserve a seat before I get there, although new customers waiting don't get it. I don't care for the prices either, but I'm paying for the service and deal with it. I can get a $10 haircut elsewhere but not the level of service or treatment I get here."
