"Came in, friendly staff. That's why 2 stars. Was told 30 min wait, asked if I could come back in 30 , was told that was cool, maybe a little more like 35 mins I was told. I returned in 29. The person from when I walked in was wrapping up their haircut, perfect. Wrong. I guess a mom Karen'd her son into the seat before me, even though they weren't there when I arrived, but was assured it would be no time at all, 34 minutes later, I said "Hey have a great day guys" and then was shown a barber's chair as I was leaving. I said the contract was already broken and left. Also it wasnt with the man I made a verbal agreement and "scheduled" with, and this is what happens when a man doesnt keep his word. Also apparently just be super rude and impatient and you'll get what you want. But that seems to be a theme in Alabama. I'm glad to see that work ethic continues across all facets. Just. Be a man of your word. You weren't."
