"The atmosphere and the food was good. Really liked the carne asada tacos, margarita, smash burger, grilled chicken burrito and birria tacos. The birria tacos could use less cheese. Actually everything had too much cheese. We like the atmosphere, great for families with young kids. The waitress spilled drink and did not offer to wipe it up? She also just dropped the bill off without asking if we needed anything else. A bit rushed to say the least. Worth a try. BTW…tequila selection is not what this restaurant is known for…"

"My order: 1. The Green Goddess 2. Chips with Queso Two Vegetarian options for tacos. The Green Goddess taco was very good. The taco had two shells, the inner one being a hard shell and the outer taco being a soft shell. I enjoyed taking big bites and finishing up the taco. Queso and Chips were good as well. The place had a good vibe, and a lot of seating space. Service was nice. The restaurant is across the parking lot."

"From the time we walked in the door until we left, the service was amazing! Ambience was dope, the music was a good vibe, and the people were awesome! The host greeted us with a smile and went over a few things about the menu before seating us. Our server was Dre, he was outstanding! It was impressive that he knew the menu as thorough as he did and could answer all our questions confidently! He was attentive, cool, professional and helpful but still kept us laughing and engaged the entire time. The food was so good and well prepared! The tacos were huge so 1 or 2 should be filling for anyone! I love that there were vegetarian and vegan options listed and the variety of other options as well! We met the manager not knowing she was the manager, because she was working along her staff which is really rare to see. She was sweet , professional and helpful, she was smiling and engaged the whole time as well! I had to advise her of how dope the experience was for us while in their establishment. The t-shirts were intriguing and I will be ordering a few of them online. I highly recommend eating here, please sit in if you can! This was my first time eating at Agave and Rye but definitely will not be the last, I will travel from Birmingham to eat here anytime! We were greedy and ordered extra food to take back to Birmingham so you know the food was just that good!"

"Our evening started with OUTSTANDING service from Chynna . She was so nice, friendly, attentive & made the BEST DRINKS! The menu has so many options; she also helped us with our selection. And those tacos didn’t disappoint they were exceptionally good!!! This was only our 2nd visit, but definitely our new go to place when in town. Thank you Chynna for a wonderful experience."
