"We as a dealership have sent literally hundreds of customers to this branch. We sent our last one this afternoon. She waited 2 hours while the sign on the door at 3:30 said "at lunch". When they finally did open they said it was too dark to take pictures of the car to insure them tonight. When I asked if they could use a flash they said their phone didn't have one. We don't deal with laziness. This is the 1st bad review my business has ever left for another business."
"This is the worst insurance company ever, My car was hit in my driveway on July 01, 2023 and I made the claim the same day, the insurance picked up my car the next week and after they picked up my car it was like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone. After talking to several supervisors I was told that my car was a total loss. I was financing my car. My finance company couldn’t get in contact with the insurance so after 55 days of waiting to hear from them the car is now on my credit. The insurance adjuster’s name is Elizabeth Dominguez and she never answers phones calls or messages. Having Young Americanica insurance is like having no insurance at all, I had full coverage plus collision and wasn’t even given a rental. This insurance company sucks!!!"
"(((AT THE IRONDALE LOCATION)))I really didn't even want to leave any stars but in order for me to get through and post a review I had to at least leave one. The customer service at this location is garbage. The representatives that is hired for this location are terrible along with her attitude and no patience for the public. The insurance is worthless and I never seen an insurance company that at a certain time in the day roadside assistance will not be available and that's whether you have liability or full coverage! This insurance company is not worth your money. For anyone out here that's reading this review please do your research on other insurance companies that offer better deals and AAA is one of them along with esurance and Geico. These three companies prices are reasonable and the customer service is awesome!!! As of this month my family will no longer be using Young Americans insurance company. The customer service is just horrible along with the African American women that works in the office name Dominique. Dominique is very rude, ignorant and ratchet. She has a complete attitude for no reason as if someone is making her work at at that job. She has no business being in customer service face to face with the public. She should be at a warehouse somewhere working instead. I would not recommend anyone to use this insurance company for any needs. Someone please tap Dominique on the shoulder and let her know that the whole country is hiring so there is better jobs out there for her to go to where she do not have to be face to face with the public. The customer's deserves better but also when paying your hard-earned money you should expect better. Without the customer's no one at this location will be employed and as a company everyone should remember that. I don't expect any feedback from my post because as I see you only see feedback for the five stars but that's okay because as long as I was able to post to alert other people of how business is conducted at this location that's all that matters. Please do better with other people time and money."

"Everyone should be as accommodating and helpful as the people who work for this company. Not only did I get an excellent rate for insurance. But I had the added convenience of going to a different location to pay for and sign all my paper work. I cannot say enough about how nice and efficient the lady who helped me out was! If only I could find some of the same people to run my business I would be set! Of note is how great Young American Insurance is as far as pricing goes. I'm pretty picky about what insurance I have and so far I'm in love with this company. No frills, no bs, just a good product for an excellent price! Maybe the other players in the insurance game should take notice!"
