"When making an appointment it says that it will charge me a 5 dollar fee if I’m late, therefore I made sure I was on time (Even a few minutes early). A few minutes later, or a few minutes before he finishes the current persons cut a man walks and shakes the barbers hand. I’m assuming that the man was friends with the barber because once the barber finished, he than proceeded to set the man up for haircut somehow bypassing my reservation. This really annoyed me because I have a busy schedule, and when making an appointment that would charge me if I’m late I would guess that I would be entitled to that time. But this is just the one of many problems with this unprofessional “business”. I will not be returning and I do not recommend going here to anyone."

"Horrible Management, Shady Location, Unfriendly & Unorganized. No Point To Schedule An Appointment, They Will Charge You For Being Late ... But Make You Wait Even With An Appointment. Made An Appointment At 11:30, Arrived On Time . Waited 30 Minutes For Them To Sit Someone Before Me At 12. Manager Said He Didn’t Have To Cut My Hair At All When I Asked About The Matter At Hand. Very Unprofessional, Felt Threatened. Do Yourself A Favor & Don’t Book Here. Bad Area As Well. Felt Like It Was Not Safe Parking My Car On The Street. Shame I Drove An Hour To Be Greatly Let Down."
