"Some of the parts have better prices. You can get the same oil and filters for cheaper at walmart. Also it's annoying that you have to pay to have parts ordered especially if they show the next day and are the wrong part which is common anywhere but everywhere else doesn't require upfront payment."

"Friends broke down while our of town. I got the problem diagnosed and he called Autozone. This was the closet locating that had the part available. Associate said he would set the part the side for us as we were on the way. Stood in line for approximately 15 minutes. There was only 2 clients in line ahead of us and three associates working. Gentleman that helped us, didn't know the past was already pulled. He couldn't pull up my commercial account and we were to wait for the manager. While waiting, he simply said to move over while he assisted smoothes client. Then were directed to the check out line. Then stopped and directed back to another line. Manager got us taken care of quickly. I installed the part, cleared the trouble codes, and we were back on the road."
