Their patience and assistance is some of the best I’ve ever experienced in retail of all kinds but especially in the paint field. "Oh my goodness! 11/3/23 customer service experience was awesome from the young guys that were there! Answered all questions, provided information about our paint sprayer rental and painting questions. 11/4/2023 upon the return of our rental, which was less than 24 hours. The employee there on 11/4 had an attitude, tried to overcharge even though our paperwork and his computer reference showed different. The service was totally off and subpar! Sherwin Williams really need to speak to this associate about his customer service skills! The guys on 11/3 is what made the stars as high as I see it. They need some recognition"

"I love this Sherwin Williams location. One time there was a fairly large mistake on an order of mine that happened and they immediately fixed the issue and kept apologizing for it. Before that, the staff was always very friendly and helpful. After that incident, though, the staff have become even more friendly and now remember my name and the company I work for so making and picking up orders is a breeze. They also seem to have a positive work environment because they always seem to be having some fun conversation with each other as I walk in about things like movies, their plans for the weekend, or other things like that. This never distracts them from helping me, though, and I am grateful for the employees here. They've helped me several times."

"I generally never go here because of the prices. It had been a long time since I used their paint but I had a client who wanted it. Staff was friendly and store was cleaned and we'll stocked. However, it cost $630 for 10 gallons of paint! Holy cow! Same amount of paint at Home Depot for Behr Premium would have been $232. Paint was fine but I actually prefer the quality of the cheaper paint. They did carry the paint out to my truck with a dolly but I could have hired two people for the day to help me ALL day for the price difference."
