Conversation ultimately ended in her throwing my daughter's license back across her desk to her and told us we can just take our business elsewhere! Luckily I'm a changed person and I know a miserable, prejudice, unhappy person when I see one! Word to the wise contact the insurance company directly and cut the unprofessional, classless middleman at A1 out!"
