"I had the most frustrating experience at the salon today. I checked in at 6:30 PM for a haircut, and to my dismay, the stylist began rushing and kept reminding me that it's closing time. It was quite annoying, and as a result, she completely messed up my hair. I couldn't help but wonder, if it was closing time, why did they allow me to check in and start the haircut in the first place?"

"***3/21 EDIT AND UPDATE*** A few days after my experience at this location, the manager Dani reached out and spoke with me. I went back in, she cut my hair and oh my goodness it was a complete 180 experience! She was amazing, took her time cutting my hair and understood my curly hair concerns. I will absolutely be coming back to have her cut my hair again. Thank you so much! Maybe it was an off day the last time I went in, but I'm so happy I gave this salon a second chance Original Review March 16 After my experience here, I will not be returning to this location. I asked the Stylist (Ashley) for about half an inch to an inch to be cut off with some subtle layers, and she ignored me and only cut the very ends at most. She dry combed though my curls without any water whatsoever and kept tugging at knots even though she saw and heard when it was causing pain. She was clearly trying to rush me out of there even though there was nobody else in there when I walked in. When she was done she asked me if it looked good. How she thought I was supposed to notice a difference was beyond me because my hair was proofed out in all directions with zero shape or definition. I had to ask her to wet my hair so I could see how it looked and she seemed annoyed that she had to do so."
