"I pulled over there today because my van needed coolant and I wanted to check the oil as well. I stepped out of the van and Clark, who happened to be outside, immediately asked if he could help. He assisted with checking and replacing my coolant and oil. And boy, did I need a lot of fluid!! Thanks to Clark, our troubleshooting was very quick and he got us back on the road. "Misty was nice & well informed on their products. Even walked out in the hot temp to help me figure out what headlight bulb I needed & how to change the bulb in my 2015 Traverse.
