"This was my second time coming in to FA braiding the first time omumu did my hair the second time Victoria did my hair both girls did very good. All the girls in there braid really good they got them hands. They do good from the braids, to make up, glueless wigs, sewins etc. They have great customer service and they make you feel welcome and comfortable I like that. I know when I want braids I’m coming back here. These girls are good they get you in and out. FA braids the place to go ladies don’t walk run to this place. You won’t be disappointed."
"I love my braids but they did not listen to me when I asked them for brown and black braid colors. I know I told her brown and black because she asked me did I want it like hers. She only gave me black braids. I wish she would have listen to me that’s all. Thanks for apologizing but I drove down from Huntsville, Al to get it done with you all."
"Nice people But they braided my hair how they wanted to . Not what I wanted and paid for . I had two people on my head , one braided differently from the other . My braids wasn’t the same length nor size . They parted my hair with zing Zangs in the back and thought I wouldn’t notice. I didn’t ask for zing zang knotless braids . The girl that did the front of my hair half way braided the braids like literally. They policy is a week to come back and get your hair fixed I went on a Sunday and told the lady I’ll be back Friday because of my work schedule she said I had until Wednesday. Like what ?? So I went back on Wednesday like she told me too . I spent 200 dollars and wasn’t happy I’ll never go back . People work hard for they money not to just give it away to unsatisfactory customer service. “ Update” The owner seems to not know how to take criticism/ bad feedback. She seems to be very snappy and telling everybody to stop lying . How is people lying when it comes to giving feedback on the customer service. A month later My hair is shorter I can tell the lady Burnt my hair with the lighter"
