Marc-1 Car Wash

"Apparently, taylor, the manager, and another female associate were too busy in the office to come out in direct entry into the car wash. When they did come out of the office, they were evidently not finished with their conversation, because it continued beyond the point of the associate that was directing cars into the car wash to even look at my car as I was trying to enter the car wash. But, once I apparently pulled in too far, again still not having any face to car recognition, the associate yelled, "Put Your Car In Nuetral". And, I do mean yelled. The Mgr, Taylor was then told by the associate to take the matter over. Then Taylor, The Manager through the F-Bomb! Not once, but twice, as the associate came back out of the office, yielding a piece of paper declaring she had all she needed to handle the Problem. She then went back inside. I asked the manager was that comment supposed to be taken as a threat. At which she informed me she was going to allow me to go through the car wash, but that I was holding up traffic needless to say the only thing holding up, was there in ability to do their jobs I'm assuming that the fact that that piece of paper represents a cancellation of a membership makes me think as a manager myself, I sure hope they have a strong customer base because there are plenty of car washes in prattville. And they actually freed me up of a membership feethat I can apply to another business in town. I'm sure they'll have better customer service."

"I went there not too long ago and one of the employees told me if I signed up for the subscription I would get 3 months free without having to pay anything because there was a deal going on. I have been charged 3 times and it hasn’t even been three months. I’ve tried to cancel the subscription 3 times but it just won’t let me. Every time I cancel it, it charged my card again and I have to try to cancel it again."

"This is not a review, but a request. The banner signs at the entrance by the road block our view when leaving the carwash. I almost pulled out in front of a car because you can’t see over or around the banners. Please move them to prevent accidents."

"Nice and clean car wash place! Vacuum was fantastic, did good work for my car. Some car wash place has weak air vacuum but this place has the best vacuum. And also one of the gentleman worker, his name was Taylor was so helpful and nice. I will come back when I visit Prattville again."
