"My first time using this salon was last month. I called and spoke to Mark who was booked that day but was able to make an appointment for the following day. He was extremely helpful, pleasant, and efficient. I had not asked ahead of time but was completely shocked by the price of the haircut - I would have easily paid double; so I just included that in my tip :) Mark listened to what I wanted and gave me just that. The only reason I didn't give them five stars was because the sign was down from in front of the store making it difficult to find. Google maps took me further down the highway than what they are actually located, however, I had circled through their parking lot beforehand but didn't realize the shop was there. A quick phone call to Mark and it was solved; he gave me great directions and a perfect description of the salon and I went back. Again, if not for the sign (which I'm sure was down for a reason) I would have given this location 5 stars. If you're looking for a great haircut in the Leeds / Moody / Odenville areas, I would definitely give this place a try!"

"I called earlier in the day to see if I could get an appointment to get his hair cut. After being transferred around, I got in touch with Mark who told me to come by at 3:30. I said okay, if I hustle to get him out of school, I can do that! Fast toward to after-school pickup: I'm MOVING to get there on time. I walk through the door at exactly 3:30. 4 people working. No one acknowledges me at first, but I can tell they're busy. I sat there with my son for TWENTY MINUTES and no one EVER acknowledged us. I walked out. This is the most unprofessional excuse for a "salon" I've ever had the misfortune to enter."
