"I don't even want to give one star. This place had my item for two weeks. I went in today and was told she was waiting on the frame. When I explained that I had waited two weeks and I will just cancel the order, her response was that she "didn't want to frame the damn thing anyway"! During the entire two weeks, she never called. I went in after the first week and she told me it would be done this week. When I asked for more information she told me the same time next week. I go at the same time this week and she is waiting for the frame. I thought she was the person who does the framework! Her first reason was she had to take her mom to the doctor and the building had to be cool to cut glass. My project did not need glass."
