"An absolute gem!!!! I can't rave enough on how cute this place is! Service is so friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Marilyn Monroe iced espresso beverage and The Yellowhammer (pimento cheese) sandwich. The pimento cheese was the best I've ever had! My order came out quickly. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend. Atmosphere was so peaceful and quaint. Will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area."

"Great food, peaceful ambience, and even better drinks! This little gem has it all. We personally love the grilled cheese and tomato soup on Tuesday’s but you can never go wrong with one of their specialty paninis. We won’t even go into the drinks because there are simply too many to mention. Hats off to the friendly staff as well for always being calm, cool, and collected."

"We recently threw my friends a 35 Year Anniversary party here, and it was perfect! The owner Bailey went above and beyond to make the occasion so special! Not only did she allow us to use her beautiful space, but prepared all the delicious food we needed with extra to spare. She also made two beautiful and delicious sheet cakes! She was so friendly and personable, and we will definitely be coming back to plan more special occasions! We love Southern Grounds, and it has become a special place for us to share special moments."
