"I did get what I needed, but I was not exactly thrilled with the Customer Service. Over the phone, the store associate treated me like I was hogging up his time. Like, "Do you have any other questions, I can be doing other things." In person, the same associate pulled off the shelf what HE knew would make the better sale. I eased past him and reached for what I came for. The other associate was on the line with another customer, but didn't even throw his hand up to acknowledge me walking in. Call me old fashioned, but I'm just a strong believer in great customer service being top priority. And both of these gentlemen surpassed me in age. I was glad to get what I needed for my daughter, but was also glad to leave the facility."

"It was a great experience. Staff is great and knowledgeable. Unfortunately a bit pricey, not sure if it was worth it. Found a Yamaha keyboard for $200, it was the display and have a two year manufacturer warranty. I do like the staff"

"Went in for a small piece for a guitar. They couldn't find it. But they were very helpful!!! I looked around as it was my first visit. Found some picks and a harmonica very reasonably priced so I jumped on it. When I paid for the merchandise instead of breaking another bill the salesman dug up some change and paint the tax..good deal friendly people great experience....."
