"Arby's used to be a favorite of mine and my family's, but not anymore. They've started cutting corners to save money, including their "large" drinks are actually just mediums. Their intercom breaks sometimes, they close drive through sometimes, and they almost always ask me to pull forward past the window so it doesn't affect their time quota when I have to wait a moment. However, they're usually pretty fast and accurate with my order, and there are a few employees who are good at customer service."

"I was hungry so I decided to go to Arby's to get food. I checked the map on Google and it said that it was closed so I called just to be sure. Right from the get-go the lady on the phone was rude had no communication skills whatsoever. When I got to Arby's I went through the drive-thru ordered my food and asked them to make sure that they had horsey and Arby's sauce with my sandwiches they bring me my bag I get ready to leave and realize there is no Arby's sauce or horsey sauce so I backed up and waited at the window for a second no one would come so I gave my horn a toot still nothing so I decided okay well I'll park go inside and let them know they forgot the sauces. When I get to the counter the two ladies that was working in the restaurant at the time gave me no acknowledgment that I was even there they look at me and kept on doing whatever they're doing. I must have sat there for 2 or 3 minutes before I finally got upset and said something because they would just look at me and go about their business doing whatever they had to do instead of acknowledging a customer like you should do and ask them if they needed anything. Finally they come to the counter and I let them know that they forgot to put the Arby's and horsey sauce in my bag. They looked at me like I was stupid and immediately started being rude. Didn't they proceeded to grab me some horsey and Arby's sauce which mind you I bought two half pound beef n Cheddar's. They bring me one arby sauce and one horsey for 2 big sandwiches. At that point I was so ticked off I told them I didn't want the sauce to keep it. Arby's you need to step up your game and get some competent people there that knows some customer service skills. What a horrible experience never again will I ever buy anything from Arby's."

"Every time I come here its always a great visit, especially if James is there. He is well informed of the money and will suggest great options. The Coke taste good too."
