"Took a picture I just bought to have the glass replaced, shortly after I dropped it off they called to advise me that the frame had some damage and a few other problems . I asked them to try to fix it but if they couldn’t I totally understood. Not only did they fix it but they reinforced the back of it and replaced the glass . "Had someone assess our glass door for replacement. Was told they’d get back to us by Friday or Monday. Didn’t hear anything back. We called Tuesday to follow-up, as the door that needed replacement was to our main house. Then was told that the frame was bent and they couldn’t help us. But the person that first assessed specifically told us it wasn’t bent. Frustrating because if they were up front from the get-go, we couldn’t had someone else getting the job done."
"Would use this company again. We had a crack in one if our windows. Eastern Shore was the only company to call us back. They came out and gave an estimate. They were definitely affordable. The tech came back in 10 days and we have a new window. The technician was friendly and professional. The people on the phone were great too. Highly recommend!!"
