"Had someone assess our glass door for replacement. Was told they’d get back to us by Friday or Monday. Didn’t hear anything back. We called Tuesday to follow-up, as the door that needed replacement was to our main house. Then was told that the frame was bent and they couldn’t help us. But the person that first assessed specifically told us it wasn’t bent. Frustrating because if they were up front from the get-go, we couldn’t had someone else getting the job done."
