"Writing this review in my car outside of this place. I'm doing this so no one else goes thru this experience. If your a person of color u might wanna think twice about going here. I don't want to say this place is racist, but Billy Barrett Gravity, DMD MAY BE. A week and a half of pain, I go to this office after working 40 hours in the past 3 days. A today the pain has just been unbearable. I don't like taking meds or going to docs I only go if it's been ongoing n unbearable, my pain tolerance is pretty high, but my face is throbbing in severe pain as I'm typing this.. that's how important this review is. Front desk was very nice and extremely caring and so was the dental assistant. But the "Doctor" was very short, vague and cold. He literally walked out of the room while I was talking mid sentence, asking question about my infected tooth, asking if it's serious, should I be worried about it going into my blood stream etc.. He literally walks TF away.. Maybe he had a bad day I dunno, but it really made me feel like he could care less about MY pain. Which racist people do think black people don't/can't feel pain. I literally begged the dental assistant to just numb it with lidocaine, but she said the doctor said no. The antibiotics should take the pain away in 2 days... So I'm suppose to suffer for 2 more days?? I've never been treated like this before.. maybe if i looked like I was swimming in dough or white, or something I wouldve been treated better or with some compassion.. I'm literally crying rn typing this up bc of the pain I'm in. How is this right?"

"Wow! Just recently moved to the Huntsville area and scoured the web for a new dentist- Complete Dental North had great reviews and after my first visit I can see why! Staff was so kind and helpful in figuring out my insurance and scheduling an appointment, and everyone was sweet, respectful, and informative at said appointment. They even sent a kind handwritten note after all was said and done. The process couldn't have been easier, which was a relief for someone who gets as stressed about the dentist as I do, haha. Highly recommend!"
