"Honestly, I’m unsure where to completely start with this review. The customer service experience that I’ve received from this dealership has been completely horrific. My family and I always loved to purchase our vehicles from Honda of Decatur so we wanted to continue when the dealership was bought out. In September, I was looking to buy another Honda so of course, I reached out. Unfortunately, no one ever got back with me until a week in a half later. By that time, I had purchased with another Honda dealership in the Shoals area. It’s disappointing to see how much service has changed for the worse. Lastly, I’ve been reaching out for last three weeks to receive assistance on a GAP claim with my 2017 Honda Civic.Unfortunately, most times you cannot get through to even speak with the operator/front desk assistant. When I have gotten my call through for assistance, I’m completely brushed off. I have left voicemails for assistance; I’ve talk to several individuals that pretend to want to help but there is no follow up. It’s just horrible! I only gave a star because you to give a star to leave a review."
