"I recently had the displeasure of visiting Beltline motors and audio in Decatur al. This place definitely needs a new manager. I wouldn't buy water from the manager, Jeremy, if l was dying of thirst in the Sahara desert. This guy Jeremy is a complete scam artist!!! I recently took my car there and specifically told this guy what l wanted and needed. We discussed the price and layout of all the items l requested and needed. He said it was going to get done for said price. So a week and a half later he called and said my items in the car didn't work and l needed new items.So l said ok. He said labor was gonna be little. high. We added everything and it was roughly 800 Dollars.. So then he calls me back a week later with the total and low and behold the price had quadrupled. YES!! QUADRUPLED. $800 X 4!!!! Crazy thing is, there was nothing more added from the original setup. OMG. This guy kept saying "well, we have a $12,000 job to do also." So I felt like, if that was his focus, why even except my vehicle. This guy just put an astounding price on the job because he didn't want to do it. I also asked him if he even installed the small light that I purchased and he told me he didn't feel that was a good idea. EXCUSE ME! Is this my car or yours, Jeremy? I then told him that I was on my way to get my vehicle and told him to stop... Don't do any work to it. Once I picked it up, surprisingly, the original DVD and system was now working. But Jeremy previously stated they were no good and needed to be replaced. They left my car in complete disarray. And I'm sure it was from direct orders from Jeremy, the manager of the shop, since I declined the total cost and stopped the work. Jeremy was the only person I discussed the layout and the price with. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! If so, avoid Jeremy, aka, THE MANIPULATOR. His response to me was "no matter what happens, I gets paid 9 to 5 anyways." SMH! They surely need a new manager. This guy, Jeremy, is killing the business behind the owner's back with his manipulation and greed. Sincerely, Never Returning."

Was very informative and patient about answering all my questions and were great about working around my schedule. They made sure I was happy with the work done and went out there way to remedy anything I wasn’t satisfied with. Awesome experience and people of their word. "I decided to replace the stock stereo in my 2002 Chevy Avalanche and add a backup camera. I worked with Jeremy Reaves at Beltline Car Audio. I went with a JVC KW-M785BW stereo (supports Apple Wireless CarPlay), new Audio Dynamics speakers, added a Sirius XM tuner, and an Echomaster backup camera. The new setup is great and sounds awesome. The installation was excellent. Jeremy kept me up to date on status all during the process. Overall, a great customer service experience. Highly recommend these guys."
