"don't trust them to know what they're doing - in my case, I gave them the spec's - and paid by VISA via phone - but when I went in to get them - the fittings were wrong; but already paid for, so they'll gather dust/rust; I ended up buying an alternative system - I trusted them to sell me the correct measurements (in this case I needed 2.5") - and the ticket shows they sold me 2.5" clevis - but I didn't bother to measure myself; It's an hour trip and when I got back, I assembled it - and found out it was 3.0". Now I'm going to have to use bushings, there's a lot of "play", and it will wear out in about a year. The products at American Pipe are the same as anywhere else - hence, their products are as good as anyone else's - but the people that work there are inept"
