"This large hardware store is well stocked on discounted, often name brand, products. You can find things here that you find in big box hardware stores, but also things that you won't find elsewhere. But it is a bit messy. Maybe because I visited during the holiday season."

"Went to Bucks for the 75% off for black Friday. Needless to say I over spent,but I felt I was overcharged. Once home I went through my items $305, but I was overcharged by $22 . Called the store and was told to bring the items back and they would fix my issues. Next day took all 135 items back and store employee Tonya painstakingly went through my receipt,due to some odd way Bucks receipts come out, found the error and found my money. It took her and another employee well over an hour. Great customer service. Satisfied customer"

"Wow! What a find! I was on my way back from Costco and I looked over and I saw this store that said bucks now open so I turned around to go back and I'm sure glad I did! I needed some Liquid Nails and this seemed to be a place I could find that. When I walked in the door I was greeted by a friendly young woman..what?? Customer Service? Here? In Montgomery? It was a pleasant surprise! The customer service alone would be enough to bring me back to this place whether or not I needed anything! since this place is huge, I asked the young lady if she knew where I could find the liquid nails. not only did she know what I was talking about , she knew exactly where it was in the store! as I walked to where she had told me to go I looked around and I ended up going back for a buggy because there was just too many good deals to walk out with just one thing. unfortunately it was Sunday afternoon and it was 30 minutes till closing time so I did not get to peruse the whole store. check out experience with equally amazing. one of the things I had bought was a heater and I wanted to know if it works and another employee heard my question and she took the box and went and plugged it in for me so that I could verify it worked. I am looking forward to my next visit which will be tomorrow because I ran out of time today! Great job to all the staff, you guys are gems in the heart of Montgomery. Management...PLEASE pay these employees well and keep them smiling you have a great crew and that's rare. I hope you appreciate them as much as this first time customer!"
