"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Guess the female working wasn’t used to a mother daughter wanting to purchase from them. We just spent $1000+ installing our own patio and wanted to complete our project with a walkway. We can (and will) easily spend another $1000 at another location. She literally was laughing at us with another employee. Perhaps she is an owners daughter who really doesn’t care how she comes off. First lesson would be in manners. I am so outraged I can’t even put it into words. Completely disrespected!"

"Bumped the dock at 0814...its now 0900. Upon arrival, I went inside to check in. Was told it would be a minute. I sat patiently. I called at 0858, just to make sure that they didn't forget about me. The old lady that answered the phone, was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. As I'm explaining to her, that I have a 1000 a m pick up, she cuts me off, "well our trucks take priority, you have a nice day", then HANGS UP the phone....started to go inside and talk to them...I didnt. I know where I'm at......if she's like thst....I can imagine how the REST sre....not today."
