"Our experience carpeting 3 bedrooms was great! Angela was great helping me find what we wanted and concluding the sale. Lawrence came right out to verify measurements. Jason and Earle did a quality install job within 7 hours, and the whole process from showroom visit to install took less than 3 weeks. Highly recommend them."
"Got new carpet from them. Did a great job, good installation staff and excellent sales help."
"We had a full remodel of our house including the floors. Nu -Floors was the lowest bid for flooring and they really delivered on quality, time, and communication. The staff walked us through the detailed differences of each flooring material so that we could make an informed decision. They handled the tear out of the old floor as well as the install of the new. They were courteous and professional throughout the process. I will definitely use them again in the future."
"Worst flooring company in Tuscaloosa! They use cheap, low grade flooring materials. They refuse to listen when you disagree with them. They replaced wood flooring in our home that did not match our previous floors. They installed the flooring before we approved the replacement. Beware of this company..."
"Worst customer experience ever. Be mindful that oak can be the builders grade or the grade that the home owner selects. Our floors were installed without ever seeing a sample of the grade of the floor or the stain results. And then the company only argued about the quality of the installation of the flooring. Keep in mind, when we built the home, our original builder used another flooring company that we loved. We personally were able to select the grade and stain of the flooring. We saw samples before the flooring was installed. But then our flooring had a flooding that occurred that resulted from the builder’s selection of plumbing material. He repaired our home st his expense but decided to use another flooring company (Nu Floors) who did not deliver the same flooring quality results that we had when building our home. Please, buyers beware!!!"
