"I went to get my nails done by the previous owner and was told he no longer worked there which was disappointing in itself (he was fantastic), but I decided to just get a pedi instead. There were 3 of us. They sat us all down, yet only 2 people were able to do pedis. The other person sat for over half an hour with no one doing her pedicure before she finally got up and left. It’s fine if they were busy, but they should’ve just said that instead of accepting 3 customers for a service that they weren’t able to accommodate."
