Disrespectful human beings who could care less about hard working people who get their cars taken ILLEGALY from this predatory towing company. I have respect for tow companies who actually do their jobs the right way. This company however, deserves everything coming for them. Terrible, terrible company. Oh, it feels so good for justice to finally be carried out. Made my entire day. Good riddance."

"Rapid Towing is is a Joke of course this is not just my opinion its a fact. , do not use this towing service trust the fact if these ppl tow your car or truck Your belongings will be gone through stolen and taken these people are thieves. They sole my son's radio right out of his inpounded car.They will put your vehicle in their yard and charged you three times the amount for Towing . I've been out Several times trying to get my truck I bought and paid for but with no luck noone is ever there i do belive there all hiding in the shed out back."

"On Friday, May 28,2021 at 7am, I noticed that my husband car was gone from in front of our apartment complex. He tracked his car to a location called Rapid Towing, in Irvington,Alabama. He started calling at 7 am and no one picked up the phone until 3:41pm. We pulled up outside of the property Rapid Towing at 9:00am and had been sitting out there for 5 hours where no one came to the gate or even answered the phone. We left at 1:00pm and still no answer. This is beyond unprofessional!! My apartment complex need to enforce in label the fire lanes as well as place signs in front of ALL handicap parking. My husband’s car was wrongfully towed and after sitting outside for 5 hours, they did not relinquish his car until we payed a $250.00 tow fee."

"This wonderful towing company decided it would be a great idea to tow my vehicle on my move in day, with all of my belongings still inside the vehicle, while I was in the process of unloading my belongings into my apartment. 10 minutes later, I come outside, and mysteriously enough, my vehicle is no where to be seen. This towing company is notoriously known for predatory towing and this is the only way they can keep their business running, sadly. Not to mention, the owners are extremely disrespectful and unprofessional so do not expect to reason with them as they could care less about your situation or that the fact they tow illegally. After realizing my vehicle was towed, they did not answer their phone for over an hour until finally they answered the phone at 11:30pm and I was very surprised at how unprofessional and rude the owner was towards me. Safe to say, stay far away from this company and don’t give them a call for any of your towing needs."
